HP ATSC/Analog TV Tuner

well the problem is that it doesn't detect the tv card, i can't find the exact model number cause aver media people are keen to cause confusion on their site, neither has i been helped by any support site, its windows 7 64bit came with the laptop, the tv card never worked, dunno what to do, need the exact model number that is currently in my laptop, other than that in device manager there is a unknown device and windows can't install anything for it????

like i thought people with degrees in this profession don't make stupid decisions while constructing  laptops, but the hp programmers are too busy in making advertisments and shopping carts features, too bad they can't solve they custumer problems, hey write a blog how hp sucks, that what i am gona do, discredit these incomptant company, like ceo to busy going to the golf course or something, i don't think its a hardware problems i think they need an upgraded software, like bigtime, probably the help of win7, 64bit, but thats too much to ask!
