Help with a TV Tuner Card

I have an HP ExpressCard Digital/Analog TV Tuner card.

It's a Hauppauge Computer Works, Inc card.  P/N: 438587-001

I had it with a vista laptop that was stolen, and now all I got is an older laptop

It's an Compaq Presario (don't know the model it's a odd one)

     Sempron 3300+(1.99ghz)

     512 meg ram,

      Windows XP Media Center 2005 32 bit SP3

Any way I can get it to work?  I tried the happauge 1500 drivers with no luck.  And no sign of the drivers on the HP website.
