Hybrid Tuner only Receives Digital Channels

I have and HDX16 laptop running Windows 7 with a hybrid TV tuner. I get all my digital channels, but it doesn't seem to "see" any analog channels.

It used to work, but I had to re-install Windows 7 (unrelated), and now it doesn't work.

Any ideas?
