Intel(R) HD Graphics

I swithced laptops and am trying to us my Pusth2Tv but  get the message "Unsupported graphics mode.  You must switch the notebook to Intel HK Graphics mode before using Intel Wireless Display." My Paviion dv7 specifications indicates that there are two traphics devices:  ATI Mobility Radeon HD 6370 and Intel(R) HD Graphics.  Your help will be greatly appreciated.

is your charger connected when you tried this?

 

make sure that it is, then try it again...

~I MAYBE working for HP Consumer Notebook Support but any opinion stated are not at anyways connected to those of HP.~
