Pavilion dv7t - no TV tuner signal

Hello, I just purchased Pavilion dv7t-3050ec with integrated TV tuner. But when trying to watch TV via Media centre a get 0 channels. Can someone help me please?

Some questions. Was the antenna connected? If it's like my dv4t the antenna connector is not too sturdy, so be careful. Did you do the tuner setup for ATSC (digital), not NTSC (analog)? I assume you want to view with an antenna, not cable. Are you in a good location for TV recption. My supplied antenna works pretty good, but I'm close to most local transmitters. That's about all I can think of.

Well, the antenna was connected. Then I chose DVB T and region Czech Republic. Then I run the scan but 0 channels were found.

Same Here fellas. I have an HDX-16 with a DVB-T TV Tuner. & it doesn't detect any channels too. I have attached a cable to it. When I attach the same cable to a TV, the TV catches all the signals. Mind you, the cable i have attached is giving analog reception, I wonder if HP just made a fool outta me!

I too have a same problem of not getting any signals...... Mine is HDX-16 series with also a DVB-TV tuner built-in and tried in Bangkok but without any success.

I wonder why HP is so ignorant about solving this issue since it does not seems to be working at all or we are missing something out.

Common HP.... help your costumer  in getting it work.....
