Problem with TV tuner on HDX16 Premium series

Hi there, I have run  MediaSmart Tv, and run the setup to search for TV channels, but nothing ends up coming up.

 

I am using the  antenna that came with the laptop,  and I am not sure which one is not working and which one is.

I can not see any channels come up, as well as no details about anything else.

 

In Windows media Center when I scan for services,  It says 0 found, so im not sure if its a problem just with the antenna or with the tv tuner card itself

 

any one can help me? I don't want to pay any money extra when I don't have to. 

 I also have it covered by PC World if it is a fault.

Hi Craig,

 

The channel availability is region dependent and not available in many countries. Hence please check the availability of any DVB Channels in your location.

If you want to watch the cable channels, then you need to use the supplied adapter and connect the RF cable. Then, your notebook will start discovering the channels.
