Reconfigure the Remote Control: Pavilion dv9628nr

I recall when restoring my Pavilion dv9628nr that it asked if I wanted the remote to contol windows ( use like the mouse I assume ).  I want to try this but I can't figure out how to reconfigure this...or even re-install the drivers and see if it give me the opiton.  Google has been less than accomidating on this -- anybody out there have some ideas?
