The Product definition file lost

On my dv8t-1000 laptop, my SmartMedia/TV tuner etc has disappeared. When I try to reinstall the software, it gives an "Error!! The Product definition file lost" and stops the installation process. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Hi,

Thanks a lot for the suggestion and the link to the software; I was able to update the DVD software without getting the Error message that "The Product definition file lost"!! I still don't have my MediaSmart/TV etc though. Any ideas?
