Product name: Notebook HP Pavilion dv7 2005el

Operating System: Windows 7 (32-bit)

 Error message: "can't load WMI.dll".

I have upgraded Windows Vista Home Premium to Windows 7 Ultimate.

When I try to install the HP Mediasmart Webcam SW "sp49996.exe" an error message appears: "can't load WMI.dll" and the installation procedure stops.

Could you help me?
