Windows Media Center won't detect ANALOG on a HYBRID Tuner

I am using an HP HDX 9010nr laptop, with a built-in AVER Hybrid TV Tuner.  When I try to set up Media Center using the Settings wizard it will not detect the analog signal I have plugged into the PC.  I have the cable plugged into the coaxial RF connector on the back side of the laptop.

 

I have checked the signal coming through the cable with a stand alone TV so I am sure that the cable box is outputting a proper signal on Channel 3.

 

How do I get Media Center to search for an ANALOG signal?  It keeps trying to setup the HYBRID tuner as DIGITAL.
