dv2630ea , hdmi to toshiba tv will only work if pc is restarted.

when i plug my hdmi cable into my pc and tv i have to restart the pc before anything happens. then when the pc goes into idle it loses connection with the tv and i have to restart the pc again.

any ideas? usually all i had to do was insert the hdmi cable and the pc to tv link would initiate automatically.

i have my video card set to 'clone' mode with the pc as primary display.

 

can anyone help me? i use the pc a lot for windows media centre but its just started doing this and its a right pain to have to restart the pc all the time.

Has updating the video driver, corrected this issue...
