epg doesn't work

HP laptop using Win7.  Builtin TV tuner.  EPG previously would list the programs associated with the channels.

Now when I attempt to invoke the EPG internet scan, it says I need a registration number. This was never

required in the past.  (Titan TV)

Suggestions ? ?

(have updated to the latest AMD drivers, etc....no help)

Having the same problem. It's asking for a key. I have satellite TV but it doesn't give me the option to retrieve an EPG for that type of signal.

Same problem.  Using Media Smart Live TV OTA.  EPG via the internet used to work.  Hadn't used Live TV in several months.  Just tried it and now need a key.   Havn't been able to find one.   HELP
