how to convert from vhs tv tuner usb ?

I have a HP USB Digital/Analog TV Tuner Class B. I have also an Video Recorder Mitsubishi Model HS-U54. I connect the cable coaxial cable from Antenna Out of my VHS Video Recorder to the HP USB Digital/Analog Tuner.

 

I have Windows 7 64bits on my computer notebook HP 6730b.

 

I cant configure the Windows Media Center to SEE the video from my VHS Video Recorder.

 

Could you send me please the steps to complete this task ?????

 

I am trying in different ways and i can't do it. I am very angry because this is simple and i can't do it with Windows Media Center.
