hp MediaSmart Not Playing BLURAY (again)

01/07/2012... HP media Smart wont play bluray.. It was working after updates from last year when i bought my

, Now  i bought some new blurays (Thor, Transformers dark of the moon) put in the bluray player, it said it needed to update to play it  .It took me to a website(cyberlink) I download The New Mediasmart((HP-CNB.v4215_2007_Medi_HTS091023-02_Normal)))(it made me uninstall the old one) Now it doesnt play ANY Blurays. I then
downloaded the sp50778,sp41099,sp43710,sp44615, sp443553 and sp26468..  because i read it was suppost to fix the
problem ... IT DID NOT WORK... SO NOW WHAT... I'm not finding any Help from HP... or Cyberlink who co wrote this software.

I've been having the same trouble.  Tried this fix.  Didn't help.  Any other suggestions?

Same problems with zero solutions. Had played blu-rays in the past. Now, stuck in a "must update"loop. Tried to update, no relief. Tried to uninstall / reinstall, no relief. Tried all the sp#### updates, no relief. Tried installing Cyberlink and it has the same problem with the loop. Running Windows 7 64bit on a 17" Envy and now i wish I bought a Dell ...
