We have a similar problem - a brand new HP Pavilion All-in-One was switched on. Various updates were made automatically and several known Microsoft screens appeared and went, but when finally logging in, a similar Acer screen to that above appeared.

One Drive is not active yet, nothing has been put on the computer except the automatic updates. So I presume that either HP is now advertising Acer or the updates from Microsoft Windows 10 are being hacked.

And what else has been dumped on the computer such as malware or viruses?

Can some one please explain what is going on?

Thank you.
