Hello. Many games always tell me I have graphic drivers not updated.
To play Overwatch I uninstalled and updated automatically the graphic drivers. But looking on the site (hp support site for my notebook) they are still not updated and there is 5 drivers to choose from. How to know which one should I get?
Now the drivers have version 8.810.4.1000 but I guess I want probably the 8.830.6.2000 Rev. or the 8.882.2.3000.
Can somebody help?
Specifics:
I have Entertainment Notebook HP Pavilion dv7-6080el
switchable graphics between Radeon (TM) HD 6490M and Mobile Intel(R) HD Graphics
the dxdiag gives this
If anybody could help it will be greatly appreciated!!!

Hello;
Allow me to welcome you to the HP forums!
The driver you need is the AMD/Intel Swithcable High-Definition (HD) driver, and the latest version of that is v8.15.10.2476, last updated Nov 18,2011.
HP is not actively updating the video drivers for the older Win7 PCs.
So, there is not a newer version of this driver available.
Good Luck

That driver SHOULD work.
You COULD so a system reset of Win8x using the HP Recovery Manager -- and while that claims to be able to save and restore your apps and settings, personally, I never trust any builtin function to do that.
So, BEFORE you did that, I would strongly recommend using Macrium Reflect to do an image backup of your PC, PLUS, copy all of your files and folders NOT in the OS partition to an external drive as well.
What I recommend is the following:
1) Download and install Macrium Reflect (MR)
2) Run MR and choose the option: "Create an image of the partition(s) required to backup and restore Windows" to write a full backup to an external drive or USB stick
3) Use the option to create a boot USB stick or CD
My experience is that MR, when using the High Compression option, typically can compress the saved image file to about 50% of the USED space in the OS partition. This means if you have an 80GB OS partition, and 40GB is used, MR only needs about 20GB to store the image file.
I use this all the time and it typically takes less than 10 minutes to do the image backup and about the same time or less to do a restore. Plus, MR has the option to Add a Recovery Boot Menu entry. This allows you then to boot into WinRE, and you can then use that to do a restore -- when you can't boot into Windows!
NOW, you have the means to restore a full working system from the external drive or USB stick in only a few minutes.
Once you have that backup, then you can try these instructions: Performing an HP system recovery (Windows 😎 | HP® Customer Support
Good Luck
