Hi,

 

If you're running a 32bit version of Windows 7, try downloading and reinstalling the Intel HD Graphics driver on the following link.

 

http://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp56501-57000/sp56835.exe

 

When this has completed, restart the notebook and let Windows fully load for a few minutes before checking.
