Downloaded Windows 10 when it was first offered. Have not had any problems. Today I got a message that says there is a new update for Windows 10. When a compatibility test was run everything passed except my display. I have never changed my display, so why isn't it now compatible with the new update?

Hi,
The following link shows specs of your computer:
http://h20564.www2.hp.com/hpsc/doc/public/display?docId=emr_na-c02503324-2
Not compatible means the chip inside the machine which is Intel HD Graphics (video graphics component), not the screen. The machine is a bit old now. Please upgrade then try the following link
http://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/detect.html
OR run Windows 10 updates and it will find a right driver for you:
Regards.

Thanks so much, I ran the Windows 10 update from my settings and it must have installed whatever display driver I needed because it downloaded and installed the newer version of Window 10 without any problems.
