Hello,

I could use cyberlink You cam wondows 8.1 in the form of a windows 8.1 app but couldn't use it for the youcam 5.0 and also for any of the video chat media like hangouts skype, appear.in. In youcam 5.0 it is saying to stop some other program from using the webcam and then restart the program to use it. Nit working. So finally i've uninstalled the CyberLink youcam 5.0 . please suggest the solution pdct if.png
