Hallo, i just acquired a DV7-6000el.
After the startup i made all the windows 7 updates. Then i updated all the drivers and bios from the HP website.
I connected my plasma tv, an LG 50pg1000, but i have no signal sent to it, not in extended or even in projector only mode. I tried settings both in windows display resolution and in catalyst control center.
How can i proceed?

i unistalled all drivers.
then i installed the drivers from the HP proper DV7-6000el page:
equisiti del sistema: Supported Devices and Features
AMD M880G with ATI Mobility Radeon HD 4250
AMD Radeon HD 6470M
AMD Radeon HD 6650M
Microsoft Windows 7 Enterprise 32 Edition
,Microsoft Windows 7 Home Basic 32 Edition
,Microsoft Windows 7 Home Premium 32 Edition
,Microsoft Windows 7 Professional 32 Edition
,Microsoft Windows 7 Starter 32 Edition
,Microsoft Windows 7 Ultimate 32 Edition
,Microsoft Windows 7 Enterprise 64 Edition
,Microsoft Windows 7 Home Basic 64 Edition
,Microsoft Windows 7 Home Premium 64 Edition
,Microsoft Windows 7 Professional 64 Edition
,Microsoft Windows 7 Ultimate 64 Edition
Then i tryed to go on the second screen by extending the screen. Nothing. Black.
If i press "detect" it finds a "visualizing device for VGA" (???)
I have in the devices both of the graphic cards and ATI high definition audio and IDT high definition audio
I can see the ATI HDMI output between the options in the playback devices (not connected)
All seems fine but no external display detected....
Anyone can help?
Thank very much

I was starting to think to make a drivers reset....
Maybe tarting from the old default drivers and try to upgrade step by step trying if maebe it works with some previous versions.
