I am planning to buy HP Pavilion x360 13-u132tu. I have been told by someone that being multitouch enabled convertible, I will be able to write on it like I am writing on my notebook. Only the condition is I have to use special digital pen made by HP. Is it true?

To answer your question, you can essentially use any stylus you wish so long as it meets the following requirements:

 

  • Does not scratch the screen (there are companies that sell screen protectors it may be worth you looking into)
  • Is made from a material that will register on the touchscreen (metal and graphite will not register).
