Pictures are not visible... can either add them as attachment or try to use snipping tool and take a screen capture from the picture that is open and try to copy and paste here...

I have filed a bbb complaint guys and have received a call from a case manager at hp but wasnt around i will let you guys know whats going on.

Talking to case manager is not going to do anything. They will blame you and charge you for the fix.

So i figured i'd add to the list of people with cracked screens. I had been working on the laptop all morning and then closed it for abourt an hour. I came back and couldn't believe ther was large cracks from the top left to the camera and top left to the bottom centre. 

I'm speaking with HP now who initially told me it would be fixed at my cost. What a joke! I've told them i won't be paying for a repair and they should reply with a better answer. I'm now waiting for a call back.

If they don't fix this i will be contacting consumer affairs and small claims. 

They are walking a fine line it seems.
