Hello HP.

Like on year ago, i bought this laptop. Not from your site, from a mall of my country.

The HDD is very bad.

The problem is that it happened 2-3 times after i bought it and this could be the 4th time. The HDD is making an strange noise, like a growl (sorry if it is not the best word) and how i said, it is the 4th time that this sound appears.

I went to the mall from where i bought it and they are just repairing/replacing the HDD. Can I have some help?

Should I buy a new one, or go to them? Cause i dont know if i would get a refund.

Thank you.

By the way, sorry if my english is bad. 🙂
