Hi:

I see your notebook came with DOS.

Did you install the Realtek bluetooth driver?  If not, you need to.  Windows installs a generic bluetooth driver which usually is not enough for the bluetooth to work.

This package contains the driver installation package for the Realtek Bluetooth in the supported notebook models running a supported operating system.

Bulls Eye. Thanks Paul 🙂

I have another issue, in Audio.  The sound is very low. I am not able to hear properly even in silent room.

Awaiting for your answer.

You're very welcome.

The only suggestion I can offer would be to install the Realtek HD audio driver from your notebook's support page if you have not done so already...

This package provides the driver for the Realtek High-Definition (HD) Audio in supported notebook models that are running a supported operating system.
