Which wifi + Bluetooth card would you recommend replacing it with the Realtek or the Broadcom? Just want to know which one would offer better performance.

If I have to give my opinion has always had better results with Realtek, although both are of similar characteristics, as the vast majority of notebooks. Note that the combo card should be activated by the system and have the appropriate driver, if What you are looking for is a much better compatible card you can always buy an external USB type 5 Ghz and improve the signal type USB Adapter Wi-Fi 5G (802.11ac).
