HP Spectre Notebook
Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

Just bought new Spectre Notebook, tried to connect to home wifi, entered security code (it's my 10-digit phone number) and it won't connect, says, "Can't connect to this network."

I'm typing this now on the old computer connected to the network.

Tried everything suggested, including reinstalling the driver, restarting computer, etc.

Figured it out: reset my wireless modem by going into the administration for the modem using my IP address, not exactly sure what I did but it changed the SSID from "Babylon" to "Babylon 2" even though the administration still shows it as Babylon
