hi 

 

I am using this laptop for nearly 10 months, This is the first time am getting an issue like this. When i connect to particular WiFi network it shows that , connection time takes longer than usual it cannot connect, but by using the same password i can connect the same network through LAN but its not working for WiFi.. It shows full signal, I have updated my WiFi adapter too, but its not working... help pls..

 my Laptop model is HP celeron 15-AC054TU.

Thanks for the post. 

 

I see you are unable to connect to your wireless network using your computer running on Windows 10. Glad to help. 

Have you used the troubleshooter available in the control panel?

Have you upgraded the operating system to Windows 10 (your post says Windows 8.1)?

 

Recommend you to run the troubleshooter from the control panel and check if it resolves the issue. 

Run HP Support Assistant to make sure the drivers are updated, click here to know more. 

If the issue persists, open device manager, uninstall the wireless network adapter (delete the driver when prompted).

Restart the computer and check if it resolves the issue. 

Also, refer to this article for assistance.
