I'm sorry you're having this wireless issue! Try the following drivers.
All of those pieces of software work together and they are all made to work with the latest version of each other. So it's best to keep all three of them up-to-date and in synch with each other.
I'm curious to know which BIOS and wireless driver versions you have currently. You can check your BIOS by pressing FN + ESC. You can check your wireless driver version in Device Manager > Network Adapters > Intel Wireless > Driver tab. Let me know the results when you get a chance

I did the downgrade of WiFi netowrk adapator driver from 220.127.116.11 to 18.104.22.168 Done!. But about the BIOS from F.25 to F26 I have the following issue. HP software & driver dowloads page only show me F.24 as the only one option available for my c2y39av product number Windows 8 64.
I dont know how to get the F.26 driver for this new laptop received yesterday.

@Carlosmeza I see. I checked on that. It looks like F.26 is not listed right now. That could be temporary or permanent, or F.24 may be the best version for right now, perhaps until a newer version comes out. I have no way of being certain on that, unfortunately. My advice would be to stick with F.24 and 22.214.171.124. Test that combination and let me know what you find out.

I did the downgrade and the problem is still there. my current configuration is:
HP ENVVY dv6-7300 Windows 8 64
product number C2Y39AV
BIOS F.24 - 01/22/2013
Ralink RT539OR 802.11bgn wifi adapter
Driver version 126.96.36.199
Intel core i7-3840QM CPU 2.80Ghz.
my wireless speed connection tested and compared in similar condition with other WiFi laptop is about 10 times lower speed for download speed, and no diferences upload speed.
Any suggestion how to solve this issue?

I have BIOS F.24 and driver version 188.8.131.52. you provide as 184.108.40.206.
The wifi speed is 70% less than other two computers I have in the same table.
The speed have improved a little compared with 220.127.116.11 I had before, but still a pain.

Got an update for this topic.
@Carlosmeza In your situation, the RT5390 is a 1x1 (aka 1T1R) so it is going to have less speed than some other cards. What are the brands and model numbers of the cards in your other computers? Most likely those cards are 2x2 / 2T2R. I can look up the specifications for those cards for you (just need the brand and model number) or you can too if you want. Just look for that brand's home page and then search on the homepage for the model numbers you have.
Unfortunately, this won't do much for the speed problem, except to provide an explanation for why the speed is different.

My unreliable wi fi connection problem was solved only when I bought a new router. It might be a good idea to buy a new router with the understanding it can be returned for a full refund if it does not solve this kind of problem for you.
I bought a newe router because Linksys would not provide firmware for the router that worked on my IPad2 and Dell laptop. The new router, a Linksys E1200, works perfectly.
It's too bad the HP machine was not "downward compatible" and warnings were not available to people thinking of buying an ENVY dv6. Too many who purchased the machine wasted far too much time trying to solve this problem.
