HP Pavilion 15-n003tx
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi

I have Upgraded my HP Pavilion 15-n003tx from windows 8 to Windows 10 . Now everything is ok except wireless network and bluetooth. Its unable to detect any wireless network. I updated the driver from HP driver support page but its not working.

One thing I want to know that which OS driver will support the hardware of my laptop because Windows 8 and 10 both OS drivers are available and I tried both for my windows 10 OS but nothing happend.

Since there are different driver for different OS with different hardware for same Network hardware. So please help me to solve this issue.

Thanks

Thanks for your valuable reply.

I tried step by step as per your given instruction but I could not resolve this problem.

In Device Manager I found in other Device BT has been marked with yellow "!" mark and I updated that driver online but It failed, I also Downloded driver from HP page (sp65804, sp70570, sp71421) but didn't work.

Please see the screen shot...

And when I tried to update it online it found unable to install your BT.

The Hardware ID for BT is:

USB\VID_0E8D&PID_763E&REV_0100&MI_02
USB\VID_0E8D&PID_763E&MI_02

I also tried for component test in diagnosis mode and all passed well

I dont know why itsgeting failed to update the BT driver?

Please Help...

Thanks
