I grasp that when you power on your notebook the Wi-Fi and power button blink, but the computer does not start.  You have tried a hard or forced reset,  but there was no change.

Here is a link to  HP Notebook PCs - Computer Does not Start (Windows 7, Vista, XP).  Another one that may help is  HP Notebook PCs - Computer Does Not Start and Emits an LED or Beep Code.

Have you tried using a different outlet?

Please let me know the outcome.

Thank you  for participating in the HP Forums! We want to help you as well as others who may experience a similar issue as yourself. Please consider marking the post that resolves your issue as   "Accept as Solution"   to help other community  members!
