 I have searched the web and downloaded several of the suggested drivers from this forum and none are resolving either problem.

 

1. BCM20702a0 driver Port_#0006.Hub_#004

 

2. Unknown device (device type=other devices, Mfg = unknown and location is PCI Bus)

 

Unable to update driver for either as there is no driver installed.

Hi:

 

That device ID indicates you need to install the Broadcom bluetooth software and driver from your PC's support and driver page.

 

If for some reason that doesn't work, try the driver directly from BCM at the link below.

 

http://www.broadcom.com/support/bluetooth/update.php

 

For the unknown device, click on it in the device manager and post the hardware ID for it.

 

If you don't know where to find the hardware ID, please read the info at the link below to use as a guide.

U can install HP connection manager software 1st.

 

after that download HP bluetooth 4.0 & install it.
