Sounds like bad ram.

Hi,

Go to this site and install there one file. If this will not help check Your Ram.

 

Check You Ram with Memtest86+ or GoldMemory. Just burn *.iso file on CD and run test. You may need to change boot order in Bios (to get to bios on boot press F10).

Not likely RAM problem

According to Microsoft msdn:

0x41287 Internal memory management structures are corrupted. To further investigate the cause, a kernel memory dump file is needed.

 

RAM problem could cause this, but chances are, OS or drivers are probably doing something bad.

 

Do you overclock your system?
