Hi,
To solve problem with HP Product Assistant.msi you need to reinstall (uninstall and install again) driver for HP printer which you are using.

Hi,
Uninstall the current version of HP Support Assistant and restart the system.

Uninstall or change a program in Windows 7
1. Download and install the latest HP Software Framework from here and restart the system.
2. Download and install the latest HP Support Assistant from here.
Restart the system and check results.
