Since you bought a freedos version, there is no vista recovery task to do.
Your model needs ICH9 sata driver to be sliptreamed onto XP CD installer. If you did it right, you'll pass BSOD error.
Use Nlite to sliptream ICH9 sata driver.
A good guide to sliptream sata driver, here
Note: do NOT use sata driver from that guide, your sata driver is ICH9 given below.
ICH9 sata driver,
The driver is located in iaAHCI.inf and is called ICH9M-E/M SATA AHCI Controller, here
Nlite download, here
Some suggestions to avoid problems while installing XP:
1. Try NOT slipstream all of sata drivers, use only ICH9 --> ICH9M-E/M SATA AHCI Controller
2. Use XP-SP2, a lot more easy to use since many of XP drivers were built based on XP-SP2.
3. Burn XP installer slowly and not using the maximum speed, sometimes it create errors
4. Choose a reputable CD media, not the cheap one.

If you found the sound was not working after restart, do the following steps
1. Download devcon command line utility, here
2. Extract and copy the file to c:\windows\devcon\i386\devcon.exe
3. Make command line to restart MS-UAA automatically or just download this file
The command line as: C:\windows\devcon\i386\devcon.exe restart "PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_293E&SUBSYS_3607103C&REV_03"
Notes:
1. The location of devcon.exe is in c:\windows\devcon\i386\devcon.exe if you change it, you need to edit idt.bat
2. "PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_293E&SUBSYS_3607103C&REV_03" is hardware ID for MS-UAA, if you found it in a different name change it.
3. Place idt.bat in c:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Start Menu\Programs\Startup
4. The sound will be restore within 6-10 seconds, because of that there is NO sound of XP start-up

My friend suggested me to go in bois setting and disable SATA. Link => http://techrena.blogspot.com/2008/10/how-to-instal
But i can't see that option in my bios..
Do i have to install another version of BIOS
my current BIOS Version is F. 24
REV . 3.5
If yes then how to and which version shall i upgarde?

Your BIOS version is fine, BIOS update would be good but it is not related to your current problem.
In all new HP and Compaq there is NO disable native sata option in BIOS
You have other problems such as, unperfect copy of XP to the harddisk, bad buring process, etc. Try suggestion below.

Hi!
Everything just worked out..
Installing drivers didn't worked for sound..
I followed the step 2..
Just one last thing... after every restart the small icon at the taskbar doesn't show up...
I have to go in control panel.. uncheck Place volume icon in the taskbar and then check it again.. after that it show..

Good job Shiraz,
A kudos is awarded to for reporting back.
For the small icon at the taskbar, so sorry I do not have a direct answer for it, as I do NOT own your model.
Maybe its driver bug, please keep in mind that above posted drivers were never meant for XP and it was not verified by HP nor Microsoft.
I beliave you can still tolerate this minor bug.
Before you ask, you will also lose the control of brightness, (Fn + F7 or F8) will not working in XP.
