How and where to go to remove them? Have Hp pavilion. XP Windows.

Sorry  if i didn't explain in full.

 

Pop-up ad's usually appear on my Msn Home page. However some just pop-up on different sites i go to.

 

Using internet exployer. Hp Pavilion model.

With IE8/9, enable the menu bar, select Tools, and then select Pop-up blocker. There will be options.
