Yes I am going to hook up two PC's to one monitor and I was wondering if I can use a wireless Keyboard and Mouse when doing this, appreciate any help you can give me, I am a novice.

Sounds like it is possible with a KVM switch. Here are some posts by someone who has the same kind of set-up that you are attempting. Scroll down a bit on that page to find details about his solution.
