Can't create System Recovery Discs in Recovery Manager

Hello,

 

I started creating the Recovery Discs yesterday but had to stop after the 2nd disc.  At that time, I received a prompt telling me that I could resume the process later.  I tried to resume today and receive the error: Sonic: PX.dll not found. 

 

I have a Presario SR5710F.  Any help is greatly appreciated!

Contact support and they should send you a set of recovery discs.
