Cannot start AMD Vision Engine Control Center

HP Pavilion p7-1534 Desktop PC, Windows 8, 64-bit, When i try to open AMD VISION Engine Control Center, I keep get this message,( AMD VISION Engine Control Center cannot be started. there are currently no settings that can be configured using AMD VISION Engine Control Center). This happen after i download and install some tech demos, that was two months ago. Today, i was going to do a restore but my restore points don't go back two months ago. What should i do. When i first bought this PC two months ago, i could open it fine.

Hello dwellas,

I see that you have solved your own issue. Can you provide the solution for any other user that may run into the same problem?

Hi arasthth. What is the exact model number of your DV6? What version of Windows is installed?

Re: Cannot start AMD Vision Engine Control Center

Hi arashth. HP does not have Windows 8 drivers available for your DV6-6123CL notebook.

HP Pavilion dv6-6123cl Entertainment Notebook PC Drivers (Windows 7x64 only)
http://h10025.www1.hp.com/ewfrf/wc/softwareCategory?cc=us&dlc=en&lc=en&product=5173067&task=&

You will have to download drivers from each components manufacturers site (if they are available)

This will help you identify what components still need drivers.
