Can anyone tell me how to get good support form the case manager group? Or what other options there are for a frustrated customer?
I purchased a PC in late Sept. and had nothing but technical problems with it until it was finally decided that the unit could not be repaired. I was given a case # and case manager and after weeks of non communication from them I am now told that the case manager is on leave and I will have to wait until next week and start the process all over again. This is the worst service I have ever had from a company and I desperately want to try to resolve my issue. Can anyone offer some suggestions?
