Citrix desktop won't launch (135 Views)

I have a HP Pavillion Model #p6510f. I was using Citrix to access my work computer. It worked for 3 mos and then quit working. I have uninstalled, reinstalled, made sure registry was clear of leftover stuff and am confident that the "offline plugin ver 6.0.3790.0" and Receiver and XenAppStreaming whatever are properly installed. Everything appears to work (login, access work system) and I arrive at an icon for my "desktop". I click on the icon and nothing happens!!!!!! I have an HP notebook and an iPad and I can access everything easily from either of those. OS: Windows 7 Browser: IE 8 and Safari Antivirus - Norton 360 Please advise if anyone has any thoughts. Thank you.
