The simplest method would be to disable it in the Device Manager.
That device is the plain old telephone (POTS) modem. Most people have no need for it. If you have need of it see below this sentence
The drivers are available here. Select your version of Windows 7, download the driver and install it.

That driver is part of the Intel AMT hardware.
Installing the HECI driver should do the trick.

Try this driver instead.
Or try the Vista Business HECI driver:

Just letting anyone else know that Paul's (Vista Business HECI driver link DOES work. I installed using compatibility Windows XP (SP3) w/ Administrator. I also wanted to add that I am curently running Windows 8. I'm sure I will never need to use this driver, but it's just nice to have all my drivers installed.
