Go to this HP webpage to find parts ordering information. You must give your model number when ordering to ensure you get the correct recovery disk.

when i am creating p c recovery disc, one message is coming 'Error 20'. what is Error 20?

It is an iso image error.
In order to help you on the first post, it is considerable beneficial if you would have mentioned:
1) Computer model and present OS (XP,VIsta, WIN7).
2) Type of media your using?
Did you know that HP recommends only DVD+R
