Desktop constantly restarting every few minutes.

Can someone tell me why my desktop keeps restarting every few minutes and what I can do to stop this.

Just bought this computer...HP Pavilion P6-2100, Windows 7 Home Premium 64 bit

As you just bought it, call HP.

A new unit should not be faulty.
