Directing Downloads

When I download and atachhed file from an E Mail it does not open (as before) for reading/saviing but "flies" directly to my "Downloads" file.  Not conveneient.  Can I revert to the simple download/open/save mode? My E Mail address is {Personal Information Removed}

When requesting help, you should always include the make/model of the computer and/or monitor. This information is necessary for us to review the specifications of them.  Also, which browser are you using?
