Disabling HP splash screen

Topog_u, welcome to the forum.

I am a bit confused on which you are doing --- asking a question (Disabling HP splash screen) or making a statement (High-end dual GPU Graphics cards dont mix with OEM parts.)?

Here is how to disable the HP Splash Screen:

Step 1:
As soon as you turn the computer on, hit the F1 key to enter the system BIOS

Step 2:
On the menu, select the BOOT option by moving the right arrow on the keyboard.

Step 3:
Making sure BOOT-TIME DIAGNOSTIC is highlighted, hit the ENTER key on the keyboard

Step 4:
Select ENABLE to disable to HP Splash screen

somehow it does not work in HP destop computer -no option is shown in bios to ENABLE to disable to HP Splash screen

No BOOT-TIME DIAGNOSTIC is showing or could be highlighted in h8-1010

Forgotten to add that under Window 8 no such option exists in bios
