When I open the document viewer, the screen goes black and then the display looks like it is in safety mode. My job depends on my being able to solve problems like this. Please Help

Hello yhmuseum, Can you advise a little more information., such as what computer model, operating system, what document viewer you are using.

 

Be glad to try and help, just need some more information.
