Error 511- CPU Fan not detected on NEW Pavillion H8 1075UK

Pc is brand new

This Error comes up at boot and i have to press F1 to continue

 

I guess my PC will get cooked if its on for too long (even though i can hear fans running )

 

I have spent £2500 on 2 of these pc's and this one keeps coming up with errors !

Not happy

 

Any ideas ?

Sounds like the fan is spinning slower than what the computer is expecting or the RPM pickup is bad.
