Error message in a1550a media centre desktop

Hi I have a problem with the pc, it won`t go on when I go to try to restore it says "an unexpected error (1073480600) occured in line 1773

in d:\xpsprtm\base\boot\setup\arcdisp.c  press any key to answer so I do and then nothing ... hangs ....:womansad:

Go here to find information on System Restore. You can perform a restore on startup by repeatedly pressing the F11 key straight from the recovery partition. See the instructions on how to do it in the web page the hyperlink takes you to.

I cannot open the link you sent on restore, it says this The requested resource (/psg/board/a1550a) is not available. what can I do now?

thanks for your help I am a bit lost on what to do.. but I `ll go to the restore point like you say,

It seems as if HP has done some Apache server maintenence. I have had this same problem with other links today.
