HP's partsurfer for the 100B AIO show parts for 1GB, 2GB, and 4GB. HP support document for the 100B AIO, also list 1GB, 2GB, and 4GB modules. But according to HP's "Illustrated Parts & Service Map" for the 100B AIO, the "Maximum RAM Supported" is "4 GB (2 slots)". You might be able to use 8GB but 4GB is known to work.
