HP Advisor has stopped working

#1 When I start my PC, a problem has stopped Window from opening the HP Advisor. A message appears in the screen that HP Advisor has stopped working. Window prompt that it will try to find a solution and advises to close the programme but no solution was found.

#2 What does HP Advisor do?
